Achievement for 20 story mission not unlocked

Hi,

I have finally beaten the 20th story mission and while the ingame popup showed that I unlocked the achievement (I mean INGAME, not Steam popup), I don't have it unlocked in Steam.

Is it a known problem? Is there a way I can get the achievement?

I ask because this is the next game I want to have 100% achievements (as I love it and I know I will get them, eventually). Please don't have me replay the mission! Even though I know how to beat it, at last!

Have you tried restarting Steam?

I have restarted Steam and the game a few times already. I have even loaded a save game and finished the mission (did the Rift jump) once again.

I just finished the mission once more, but I still haven't gotten Steam achievement :-(

The game usually remembers missions you completed offline. So your completion (and achievement) should be there. Maybe if you take a reboot of your whole computer (resets everything) and then play and complete another mission, everything will get in synch again.

Thanks for suggestion. I have in fact rebooted the PC before playing the game again.

I should also mention I'm running Linux and the game through Proton.

But it may work once I unlock another achievement - the game might sync the status and upload previous achievements too. Well, 21 guns it is then.

I hope I don't have to reinstall the game to start all over :-D Don't get me wrong - the game is great! But I would rather play other missions and not the story again.

Just quick update - 12 gun salute achievement got unlocked in the game, not in the Steam :-(

SOLVED: I have downgraded the game to 1.4.8 and just launched it and all achievements popped right up! I will get the last one and then switch back to new version.

Would you be so kind and recommend me some (easy) mission with hold objective? :-)

There is a guide here that features an answer to that, though i think most maps with hold objective i played were either easy or entertaining, so you won`t miss by chosing any.
