Platforms not building

I'm on "Creepers Pieces" and I'm trying to build platforms to get to the next island. However, there is no energy going to the platforms, even when I'm not building anything at all. Is there something I can do here or is it some kind of bug?

Platforms are built with liftic which is made from grenar in the factory

I've noticed on one map that the Greenar node stops producing crystals for the Refinery to collect. I thought it was just slow, but when I exited that game and came back later to it by loading a save, production picked back up. I suspect this has something to do with placing buildings in places where green crystals will spawn and crystals won't spawn in an occupied space. Moving stuff out of the spawn area (it was a map with VERY limited terrain) didn't make crystal production pick back up until I loaded a save game file.

So yeah, the most likely reason platform building has gotten stuck is because Liftic production has stopped somewhere, or else is going so slowly that construction looks stalled.

Oh! I somehow completely missed that. I was trying to use the platforms to get to the greenar.
