You have to have all trees, without exception, covered in Soylent for that.

Has anyone managed to complete this level? I have all objectives except reclaim. but it's at 100%

Yes. I haven't done it but it has been done. If you have Reclaim at 100% and it's not charging, that sounds like a bug report candidate. .

thanks letting know the level,I found that you need to remove your units over trees so local plants can regrow,destroy or remove them to empty area with no tree stumps.

I'm not sure mobile units count, but certainly structures like refineries and airstrips block it.

All units count. Trees can't grow if there's large objects blocking them. They're picky that way.

i did it easy, fully reclaim map, delete everything

I didn't need to delete anything just built towers to cover the whole map. The trees grow in the green from the towers.

Is there only 1 mission?
