Is it possible to change the camera angle?

I've seen on the trailers that the camera view is like a 3d isometric view, however on some gameplays they always display a top to down view (totally flat) and I didn't see available options to be changed.

Is it possible to choose the camera view we see on the trailers when we are playing?

And if not, is it not fake advertisement as users would expect to be able to play in that mode?
