Cannot find present on Make The Moon

It's the last present I need for the achievement, and apparently it's supposed to be in the hands of the one flying robot when you reach 12m. But it just isn't there. Is there some other requirements I have to get first before the present becomes visible?

I think you have to be at least 20 meters to see it.

I had stuck around in that area, periodically going back from when I reached 12m to where I could actually pick up the robot himself, and there was no present any of the times he flew past.

I grew to about 50m and waited in the big dirt tunnel that he flies underneath, and collected the present that way. I noticed the present was only visible when he was close by -- i could not see it when he was flying further away.

I believe if you grow to 60m or larger, he no longer holds the present.

I got it but failed to reach 300M

Same here. I might be getting lost a little after 80 meters. It seems as if there's not as much stuff close by where you start, either!
