Cant Collect Ruby Ring...?

Hey folks, I'm trying to 100% the items, and I'm having difficulty getting the Ruby Ring... I've tried in both Make A Star 2 and beating the required size (and I'm certain I still have it balled up), and also Eternal 2 and just reloading until it appears and picking it up and then quitting so I know it's not been knocked off, but it doesn't seem to ever be credited to me.

I have the other two rings, but it's just Ruby that never seems to unlock. Has anyone else seen this issue, and if so, have a solution for it?

Thanks, I did consider that, but it's not counting on Eternal either sadly. And I'm loathe to convert on Make A Star because I'll often get below my highest score when the ring does turn up. Oh dear!

Edit: Argh, it was in fact the DIAMOND ring I was missing, Ruby I'd already collected but only appears in the Pigeon Street list... the one in the House outstanding was Diamond. Ok, that's the first set of items finally complete then! Rolling onwards for the rest!
