Help in Quick Turn PC Controls?

It says (Arrow Up) and (Control Button) but it doesn't work. I've tried hitting both at the same time, hitting one after the other, spamming both, nothing! I can't even get past the tutorial. How did you lot pass this?

Hey! Arrow Up is not actually "↑", try shift + ctrl key at the same time.

thank you so much, this tutorial is such garbage that people are having to make posts asking how to get past so we can freaking actually setup reasonable controls.
