hello i just bought this game but i cant continue after the beggining of the chapter a city by the sea once the chapter star when i move or jump the game just crash and i cant continue, any solution about this crash

1. What s engine of your game? (if not custom) 2. Any plans for mac/linux support? 3. Anything about release on other pc stores? (humble, itch, gog and such) 4. Will there be level editor? 5. Is it plain sidescroller, or you can run freely (kinda like in 3D mario games)? 6. NG+? And, overall, any hope for endgame content?...
