Secret Foxington Costume Question
Do you have to beat any levels to find the secret costume or could I explore the hubworld until I find it? (I want to find it myself, but I want to know if I have to beat a specific level.)

I see that Wrigglemania's sign has a hot dog on it, so I'm guessing that's where I get part of the costume from.

In Foxington there is a Hot Dog sign next to the costume vendor. The sign shows how many of the hidden hot dog buckets you've found in all the Foxington levels (one in each level).
