Controller Issues

I usually play this kind of games with a controller, in this case the steelseries Stratus Duo and it's giving me movement issues while trying to play, I've played Omensight with the same controller having no issues at all. Is it the game?Can somebody help me pls?

Yes, it's staggering in every direction I try to move, also while underground if I move the let joystick it interrupts the action making it surface

I've had some issues as well with my "fake" X-Box controller (cheap version). For some reason just plugging it in and opening the Windows calibration interface to test the stick limits before launching the game seemed to sort the issue out.

Same issue with a cheap xbox clone controller by speedlink.
No problems so far in other games with the same controller.

No, sorry. I did a refund and subscribed to similar questions in the forum to hopefully find a solution in the future.

Probably it is a malfunction or misscalibration of the controller you guys are using.
I played a lot with a PS4 controller and never had any of these problems.

If you guys can find a solution, or get a better controller, or an original XBox or PS4 controller, give the game another try, it is good.

Bought my controller(s) (Xbox series X controller). about 3 months ago, and those are working perfectly.

Only with Super Lucky's Tale and the new version, Lucky stops randomly while using the thumb stick to walk. or when underground randomly stops and jump up.

I've tried other games and it works perfectly there. Also checked if my joystick(s) were centered, and its perfectly calibrated.

Tried both controllers.

Fixed it! went to the game libary chose this game
went to properties>controller (Enabled Steam Input)
Opened the Controller General Settings and enabled 'Generic Gamepad Configuration Support'

Problem Fixed for me atleast

I also had controller issues where I would run forward and it would randomly come to a complete stop. W11-22H2. It was happening about every 30 seconds. I originally was using the updated xbox controller with Bluetooth. I made sure the firmware was updated with the xbox with the "xbox accessories app" from the Windows Store. I turned off Bluetooth. Then I plugged in the controller directly to my PC with USBC and checked for updates. I left the controller plugged into USBC when starting the game again and it controlled fine :-) It didn't have the same issue as before when connected over bluetooth. Hope this helps you with your game. Having the cabled hard wired seemed to resolve the issue for me. The original issue could be related to bluetooth drivers or having multiple programs trying to process the input. I love this game! Hope this can resolve your issue.

both games dont work with a 0815 xbox controller i mean wtf. i need to go to settings enable some steam support and go back and do this and that ? wtf is this ?

if i had time to waste more minutes at least i could give a bad review.
