Ultimate Completionist Guide
Since there were no good guides that compiled all useful completionist related stuff in one place I decided to go for it.

It might miss a few secrets but this should include most of the stuff.

BEFORE you read this - this presumes you know your way around town/school.
It's a good idea to look up a map picture, there are multiple floating around in this board and internet overall.. or start a new game and run around the town for a few days before continuing into new game 'serious' playthrough, this approach is more recommended as you will learn basics along the way.

Locations:

School:
Lots of activities to do there, to summ it up:

Floor 0(main floor) has a location at the end of it which depends on time you enter it, there are a total of 4 locations(theater - useless, phys education location - can buy tennis court from coach there for 5k, judo club - the only important location more on it later, karate club - useless, you can't train karate)

Floor 1 has your homeroom teacher - 1st door(you can get stipend for being a good student and start writing an essay once you reach good grades for first time - there are 2 essays in total, first gives an extra 10k and second one gives 15k cash)

And Library in 2nd door - there are a lot of short books to read there.. 2 of them are important. Which 2 is random. Start from lowest to highest.
The 'good books' unlock speed reading and double studying efficiency.

Reading all books in library is very high priority - prioritize most of your time on first few days on that.

Floor 2 is useless(nothing there at all)

Floor 3 has 2 classrooms, 1st is where Shiro studies and 2nd one is where you study. 1st classroom is door 1 and 2, 2nd classroom(your classroom is 3rd/4th doors)

NB(!!!!!!!!): the classes start in 9 and 12, BUT you can enter at 9:50 and 12:50(late by 50 minutes) - classes give double your studying at home, hence you save up to 50 mins worth of studying, very good value.

Roof - roof is where your friends gather mostly. After 2nd lesson is best time to recruit them into party if you want them with you.

School is open until 20:00 - be aware you can get locked in school, so make sure to get out before that.

Playground: there are 2 different training methods to use there and each gives + max HP once a day.. so you can get max HP a total of 2 times from it each day.
The pull ups give you +3/6/9/12 HP(progression) and the bars give +3/6/9 HP(approx same speed progressions except it seems to miss +9 HP tier)
To train on those you need to jump on them(press Z+X on keyboard)
To get HP from those - you need to keep doing full pulls(Z button) until you can't do them anymore.. then do a few more of those 'null pulls' for safety and jump down pressing X(cancel)

Other Important(there are more but I won't mention them if they are near fully useless, I will also skip the stuff related to fighting style, this will be in separate section) town locations:
Bar - mostly for achievements, you need it for poker(win big) and pool(level up to 10) - to level up in pool simply score the balls.. you will barely miss at high levels.
The bar is open from 18:00 to 04:00

Gym - you can start talking constantly with the dude there, eventually he will let you train at 1k/day for 25 max HP(max HP =999).. this is only to speed up the process of getting 999 HP, you can actually easily reach max HP for free with playgrounds, so gym is overall semi pointless.

Pawn shop - you can buy 3 things there, 2 of them are upgrades for home. TV is related to achievement, which is watching all videos with your friends(each friend has a comment on each video)
You can also sell 'bags' that people carry around(outside your school uniform) by punching them via 'bully mode', which is C key.
This is a pretty major time to grind cash aside of other 1 time sources. Also eventually you will be talked by owner into finding a specific bag for achievement. The bag mentioned will appear randomly after that(might take a long time for you to find it) - it's a HUGE size yellow bag.

Video Shop - you can buy videos there and after visiting it once you can also work part time there by reading the board near your home(can only read it after visiting video shop once)

Book Shop - can buy more books which don't really give any bonus(but each book speeds up the essay writing speed slightly).. you also need 3 books for one of the girl dates(more on that later)

Convenience Store - mostly to buy food, tonkatsu sandwich seems best per money to fill you up.

Things you should do daily(until you max out related thing)

Sleep: You need to sleep for approx 7 hours a day not to black out randomly eventually. I highly recommend going to sleep at about 23:50 and waking up at about 6:50

After waking up: your main goal is reaching your classroom by 9:50 - but there are useful activities at school you can do, hence it's up to you to decide(based on the tips above)
I recommend at least doing the playground set before school.

After school: can study more/write essays(finishing library is highly recommended before moving on to the other stuff), can beat the guys with bags near the pawn shop for some easy cash turn in at pawn shop(patrol between school and pawnshop for the bag guys), can go home and do activities there(study at the desk/read bought books by sitting on the bed are the most important ones)

Fighting skills
There are 3 fighting school that you can learn skills in:

Kickboxing - learn from mechanic. You need to talk to mechanic on 3 different days, on 3rd day he will tell the place is not good for you. Then go 1 location back from mechanic and lose on purpose to guys in blue jackets after provoking them.
Mechanic will save you and you will be able to train with him from the next day.

Training takes 1 hour
Relatively easy to max out - so don't worry too much if you need to miss a day.

Boxing - learn in boxing club once ken(one of the friends) gets his hand broken. At first you get +100/session and spend 1 hour per, you need to gather 500 and buy streetboxing.

After that you can train +200/session and spend 2 hours per session, there are 3 more skills to learn, after which you are done. Still pretty easy to max out.

Judo:
You need to access the location to the right from floor 0 of school between 14:00 and 14:50(easy after 2nd lesson) on monday/wednesday/friday- this will make you enter into judo club.
Once there - first talk will be about the fact you need to get buff enough. This means training constantly on playgrounds.
So realistically if you do playgrounds each day - you will only be able to start doing judo from 2nd week.

Not only that but it's also limited to 3 sessions per week and there are plenty of skills to learn...
It's important to try to NEVER skip judo if possible, as it's hardest school to finish due to those reasons.

Dating:

There are 3 girls to date - I don't know exact conditions(those are a bit cryptic) but I will tell of a way to date them so you don't fail it.

Mariko - easiest to fail and 1st you should date.
The time you can talk with her is when 1st lesson finishes in classroom.
Talk to her only on days 2/5/11/17 - the key there is not to date other girls at same time and leave periods between talking with her. 3 day waiting should be enough but do not risk it and just do the days I mentioned - there will be plenty of time left for other girls anyway and they need additional reqs unlike this girl anyway.
Just talking to her those 4 times makes her count as 'completed'.

Do not talk with the 2 girls below until you finished mariko just in case(!!!!)

Yuna - you can only talk with her between 07:00 to 07:50 in your classroom(when she is alone).. you first need to get A in literature once and afterward you will need to read 3 books from bookshop - Anna, Brothers, Sybarite.
If you did those - it's a simple thing of just chatting with her daily, can't really fail her.

Aiko - you can talk with her in different places.. most notables are outside of classroom during breaks between lessons and library at 17:00 until school closes at 20:00.. another girl you can fail dating, it's a bit more straightforward way to fail tho..
Before you trigger her 'date' you need to get an A in math.. once that's done - talking with her in library(I think) will make her trigger an event at your home this day where you will tutor her.
NB(!!!) after this event she will tell you to study with her tomorrow at 20:00, this is when you can fail the date by not doing that.
What game does NOT tell though is the fact that you need be at home before 20:00(meaning at 19:50) AND wait doing nothing for 20:00 to trigger.
Make sure you save manually before triggering her thing in library as next day you might be crippled by main event you can't skip and hence fail the date automatically.

Powering up
Here I will mention all ways you can power yourself up in:
Max HP - already mentioned multiple times, max is 999 and you do it via playgrounds and gym.

Str/Speed - 1 of those is always 4 and 1 is always 3.. it depends on weight.. weight over 65 gives extra str at the cost of speed. Str seems more impactful, so it's recommended to eat/train which will maintain weight above 65 easily.

Ref - you can buy tennis thing from coach at school for 5k once you bought it - it will appear on the roof.. win over your friends in it(winning by 1 point is fun) and this will bump your ref.

Punch/Kick/Throw power - just doing those actions in battle

Punch/Kick defence(throw defence seems useless as no one seems to throw you really) - get punched/kicked(not block them but actually take damage)

Misc stuff
You can get a pet cat - it will randomly appear near your house on some day mid game(but the day seems random and can appear pretty late)

Some movies seem to give fighting styles but I don't have the list for this sadly nor any specific info that can help.

Great guide, thank you.

Thanks so much for this guide! Helped me greatly in my first run.

Some things to add (I play on Switch version but hopefully these will be the same):

Movies that give fighting styles:
- Soup of the Dragon (watch twice)
- Jade Monkey (watch once)

Once you adopt the cat, you can buy milk from the store and fill its bowl by the door once a day. Buying enough milk will prompt some conversations with the store keeper. (Warning: I think this will also block you out of Mariko)

You'll get fired from the video store if you miss 2 days. You can work M W F which conflicts with judo so plan accordingly.

Best time to initiate the date with Aiko is probably Saturday after tests. I've never gotten an event on Sunday and if you're still working at the video store during that time, you won't have to skip a shift.

You need to actually attend a literature class once (mon morn or thurs eve) after you score an A in literature to start Yuna's dialogue tree. The teacher will praise your essay to the class and Yuna will become available for talking to in the mornings. You do not have to do this for Aiko and maths.

Also, "dating" is a bit misleading. You don't actually date any of them, they're just extra dialogue and scenes. Once you've read them all (generally 4 per girl), you're done and you don't have to keep returning.

Eating will adjust your weight which gives you some combat buffs but generally not important. You can get through the whole game without eating.

I've gotten up to +15hp (increments of 3) by doing the bars every day.

You can't sleep through a whole day. If you want to (perhaps in end game while you wait for events) just go get knocked out. You'll wake up around noon the next day.

Mechanic location: one screen past the school, go up at the fork in the road with the sign, you'll come to some deserted train tracks, go up through the gap in the fence to reach the Prairies, right one screen and down the stairs, then go straight on. (I went through half my first game not realizing there was a whole new world through that gap in the fence)

Controls that took me a bit to figure out:
- Adopt the cat by crouching while facing it and petting it a few times with the punch button. Then when you rise, head back to your apartment. The cat will follow you in.
- Read by sitting anywhere and tapping the block button to start. Tap again to stop.
- Quit minigames by pressing kick button when it's your turn. You cannot quit on another player's turn.

Did you unlock the "secret message" achievement after complete dating with all 3 girls according to your guide?

I think I need to start a new save for the yellow bag. I got a yellow duffel bag, the one with a strap over your should, from a boy wearing a red school uniform outside of Ringo's school. But when I approached the pawn shop a brawl broke out and I couldn't pick it back up again because of all the knocked out boys.

I am also going to start a new save for the girls, my current one might still work for the video addict at least... I have the cash to buy and watch all movies.
