Training
So far the only training I've been able to do is lifing weights to gain +25HP each time. Is there anything else, and if there is, how do I go about it? Also, how do you raise that stats (punch, kick, throw, and their defenses)?

I haven't bothered with the gym yet, I've just been using the playground equipment. It's free, but you only get 3+ HP from it.

I've been getting stat increases from combat (beat enemies with throws. throw power goes up. beat enemies with kicks, kick power goes up. etc.). I'd also like to know if there is another way though.

Does hitting the bags do anything? I spent a few hours (of in-game time) hitting the one in my house, but I didn't notice any increase.

I cannot interact with the playground equipment or the bag in my room.

You have to jump near the bars / equipment to use them. Then it's just hold jump, let go, repeat until you can't do it anymore. I don't think you can use the swing for anything.

And for the punching bag, just punch it.

Interact with the bag needs for remember cool moves, as I thoughts. Like training room in fightings.
And of course you can learn new various moves on trainings from NPC.

I tried to goto the karate class that was advertised, but I can't walk past into the gym.

There is a Boxing training Club to teach you ''Street Boxing''/punching , Mechanic teachs you kickboxing/ kicks , keep going to takamura the weight coach till he give up and starts to train you (he gives +25hp each session) im a freakin tank now thanks to him, there is also the judo and karate after you finish with those guys. It's basically going to a certain gym learning all the moves then moving to the next one...

I've currently got the weight coach done, getting +25HP from him each day, doing the playground training each day for +15 a day (so far, was +9), I've finished with the boxing coach, but I cannot get the mechanic to talk to me after he said that if I don't like broken things I shouldn't be in the junk yard.

How'd you get the mechanic to train you?

Sorry for the late reply, but after getting knocked out in that forest (yakuza area) there was a cinematic (won't spoil it) and then you can be trained there , esentially you just need to go and keep talking to those trainers... every single day.

Where's the Yakuza area? I've only been knocked out near the bar.

SPOILER(ISH)!!!

You know the path East (right) from the school? Past the bus stop you'll find a path that leads north (up) to the train tracks. Cross the tracks, that's the forest. You'll want to go east, then down a flight of stairs, then east under the overpass and keep going east 'til you find the junkyard. The mechanic's there in the daylight hours.

It finally triggered for me on my way to check and see if the Mechanic would talk to me (I tried it at night because I nothing else was working). There was a large group fighting and while trying to pass through to get to the stairs down to the mechanic I got caught in the fight. I got knocked out and woke up talking to the mechanic. From that point on he would train me.

Somehow none of the other trainers, beside the boxing trainer, wanted to train me. Are there some triggers Ive missed? I talked to all of them, but it never resulted in any training except for boxing.

get urself knocked out at the area with the stairs to the mechanic, and then the mechanic will come to rescue u. a small cutscene will triggered and u can train with him on the next day. u can learn moves from judo master too. u need to go to the gym and workout every single day and try to talk to judo master. he'll train u when ure buffed enough

ah thanks. I think I ve hit the Bag in the boxing gym by accident. I never touched any traing gear in the other gyms, that might be the reason why I never got the chance to get trained by them.
Where is the Area I need to get knocked out? Before I go down the stairs or on the same level as the Junkyard?

yeah, keep talking to the guy in the gym. he'll ask for 30,000 for fees at first, but if u keep talking to him everyday, he'll let u use the gym equipment. train everyday and u'll get +25 hp each day. keep training on the gym and go to the judo class and try to talk to the judo master. he'll train u when ure ready.

yes before u go down the stairs. if theres no one spawning there, exit the area and come again until they spawn. get ur ass kicked, and the mechanic will come to save u.
