Proper keybindings?

The only reason i did not play more than 15 minutes is because i cant keybind functions to the mouse.
And i find that weird, cause for over 25 years we have been able to keybind our own keys in near every game.

Now, more often than not these days i cant keybind my own keys and i have to dig to find out if the game has just been posted and is in early, early alpha.... but NO! They're not, they're often "finished" games and doesnt have the EXTREMELY BASIC function of CONFIGURING MY OWN CONTROLS!!!

Like, you've made this great game with coold graphics and mechanics but you cant figure out how to make it so people can configure thier own controls!?

We are devolving.

Thanks for bringing up the keybinding issue! You've hit on Issue #5056[git.kodera.pl], which is one of 965 features that players have requested and we currently have open. Mouse remapping isn't our top priority right now, as it didn't receive enough votes in the most recent community poll, where other features were deemed more important. If this is a feature you'd like to see implemented sooner, please make sure to vote for Quality of Life improvements in the next round of community voting.

Yeah no. If i cant do it ingame i couldnt be bothered. No game is worth that, it is basic functionality.

There are so many games i never return to because of stuff like this and there are so many games to choose from i just move on to the next.

Like, im pretty sure i wont see THE update coming that will fix this very simple and basic issue and i did not get a taste of the game basically so its very forgettable if not but a memory of slight frustration.

This game was just the tipping point for me to make a complaint/rant about this crap, the next game with lacking basic functions that is not in pre alpha will just get a pass and nothing more.

Ah well, who gives a smoyt anyways.

why use a pc if you're unwilling to take advantage of what a pc offers you?

mouse software and profiles are essential for maximizing gaming potential
