Do I need save files ? Server thingy ? or what ?

If it's not too late, you should really know that LIS2 has a completely different tone and much lower quality than AACS.

Yes/No/No, only the final decision, it's only mentioned briefly, and the game asks rather than loading from a save file.

Good thing i checked. I though this was an independent story. I played LiS and BtS. Liked both so got this on sale. So many games to play. I gotta stop buying them and play them
