Dad Won't Sleep

I've finished all the tasks, but the dad won't fall asleep. What am I missing?

I ended up re-starting the game and playing it fresh, and he went to sleep properly this time. Maybe something didn't trigger properly in my first playthrough. I saw some people having the same issue on reddit.

it takes 32minutes i think for him to go sleep, but even after he sleeps you can still complete the other tasks

That's the thing, the game had finished on the TV but he was stuck in half-asleep mode. I had done all the tasks and interacted with everything inside and outside of the house. It was well beyond 32 minutes.
