Captain Spirit's connection with LIS 2

I still don't understand how Captain Spirit's story is linked with Life is Strange 2. I played entire game of "The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit". Did I miss something?

Sean and Daniel are on a road trip. At some point in the story they will stand in the garden of Chris's neighbors. Why? I guess we will find it out ;)

Look up the ending of Captain Spirit and compare it to the trailer footage. It's them for sure they just look slightly different if you ask me. Different haircut or graphics / lighting i'm not sure.

Ehm.. it was both of them. And for what you need proof? You can see they are the same persons as in the trailer. But it's long known, that these two brothers would be the main characters of LiS 2.

I mean, yes... every scene where Chris used his magic power could have been non-magic. There was always a hand hidden etc.
But at the end I thought "okay, seems he has real powers", but now I realized he has been saved.
Didn't see that coming.
