There are legit 4 sliders in the game, and 2 of them are for the butt....

The butt slider you are look ingredients for is called "hips"

The fact that guys can use the boob slider IS the 2019 advancement, earlier games had it do NOTHING. Now you can give your lil anime Shota Husbando's mini baps if you feel like it.

I recommend just making the character shorter, and the hips will look much more wide at that point. I have my loli at max height, and it really thins out the curves.
