Please improve the performance..

The performance needs work, i get it i get it, its a high demanding game and my laptop specs are barely at the minimum for this game HOWEVER, why do devs always do this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ where you cant turn off shadows COMPLETELY or lighting effects, or bloom, or glow, hell being able to put the resolution below 1280 by 720 would help but no~ thats not allowed~ not even in windowed mode! I dont care if the game looks like ♥♥♥♥ without any of its pretty graphics , I JUST WANNA PLAY.

As well as spawning in the channel with the most people, maybe there is a way to change the channel on the character screen which i will look again for but spawning in a channel with a ton of players in it just makes the game freeze and eventually crash, while when im by myself im able to actually move about the map with somewhat of ease. I do try to change the channel as soon as i get spawned in but it just starts freezing unless i get into a channel that doesnt have a ton of players. Yes i am fully aware my graphics card is not suitable for this game but it does fine with other games such as overwatch or soulworker and it can handle this game for the most part but it just needs a tiny bit more options to make it completely playable.

Also it would be helpful if i was able to set a preferred channel, so i spawn into that specific channel every time i play the game.

I understand that newer games are more demanding nowadays but that does not mean it CANT be playable on low end devices. For example, I have ARK survival evolved and while my laptop is way below the minimum requirements, I was able to mess with the .ini file and make it somewhat playable on an Intel HD 4400 graphics card with only 4 gigs of ram while my cpu is an intel i3.

You can turn off shadows completely with nvidia drivers. Use their control panel.

GPU heats up & get rly loud even tho its at like 55%+ ish loads, something is wrong, i dunno man.

One thing that can help a lot with performance is doing this:

The devs don't seem to care about bug fixes if it not related to the cosmetic system, balancing issues, adding content, or fixing performance issue. They only seem to care about expanding the cash shop and encouraging reason to spend money on a chance to get dyes.

Yeah thats how it seems with almost every mmo now adays , it does seem like a really good game tho and i love the way it looks and what not but performance just needs improvement

my gpu dont really heat up most the time but it definitely doesnt do well with the game, if its running at only 55% while the game is running then it may actually be the gpu, it could be the game doing it as well but not quite sure~

This helped out a lot actually, ive been looking for an ini file but couldnt find one so thanks a lot and i was aware of what you where talking about with the resolution percentage, overwatch has the same thing~ however while im now able to play it somewhat and even able to go into channels with max 50 players it still needs improvement, After i got done with a boss it took me out of my single channel and threw me in a 50 player channel and while thats fine for the most part, it takes FOREVER to load into that channel. So i think for right now im just going to wait till the game is in a better state. Guess its back to dragon nest in the meantime lol

You cant really complain about optimization with an outdated integrated graphics solution. I get it, accessibility is nice but wow that super underpowered these days...

You seem to misunderstand , i already know my specs are outdated and that they barely meet the requirements of the game but just because i have outdated tech doesnt mean the game cant be fully playable. Games nowadays are more demanding of resources , yes that is true but it doesnt mean they cant be tweaked and improved for low end devices. In fact, Putting the resolution scaling down to 50 made kurtspel almost completely playable, the only issue is spawning into a channel after a boss fight that has about 50 people in it, Just takes a bit longer to load and catch up.

it tends to happen over time rather than at the start of launch, even if i'm in single channel

i already know this ;-; i can put myself in a single channel but after a boss fight it will sometimes throw you into a channel thats full
