every time I click "Play Game" (to download the game) it would just refresh the page :<

*I tried reloading the page
*restart steam
*restart my pc

same thing still happens :<

They do steam ban for using VPN as it is violates terms of usage.
Also people do report those are heavy laggers so your account might get flagged.
