Unless it changed in that past 2 years if you moved to a different country (ie from EU to US) you had to re-buy WoW and start a new account if you wanted to use US servers.

You don't, you can choose and create characters on servers in all regions at the same time.

Incorrect. A US citizen who bought a NA copy of the game, does not have an option to create a character on EU servers. Stop spreading BS.

i live in canada and all blizzred games i can change to EU servers only thing is yuo have to make a new persone but u can jump back between servers

it changed last year (maybe 2 years or a bit longer)
The game is actually not buy2play anymore.. you just have to have a sub.. you used to have to buy the game again for each region and use a sub for each
but in theory you could play - its no regionlock
