Completely stuck in the floor

Playing the 2nd of the 5th level (the Giant's toy place), I got stuck in a floor. I cannot jump out. Leaving and resuming the game, the character is still stuck. I can share the save game if people wish.

Thing is that because I cannot even end the run, all the upgrade progress is dead I guess. Ending the run would suck too since it is like my best run so far (the first 4 bosses beaten with gold, which is a first for me to do that).

Any ideas on what to do?

.. and I stumbled on a way out. I did the sideways air leg magic kick and saved during the motion (it gets exaggerated long in time when stuck in the floor). Then I left and saved then loaded. On the load, character was then no longer in the floor.

I got deadstuck in the floor in the Giant's Baby palace as well and dropped the game for a year or so, then I saw this solution and it didn't really work for me.

Then I opened the Map and saw the "Get Away" option i upper left corner, it is assigned to RB on the controller. It warped me back to the last safe room. So there actually is a "I'm stuck, please help" button implemented.
