Permanently (?) stuck in the UFE headquarters.

I was speeding through and hitting A to get through the end scene with her family, then the UFE (if I even remember that initialism correctly) hall, when I started to double/triple jump in place. After that, it didn't move to end the scene, so I quit. Now, when I load it, I get to explore all the nothing that is in there, leaving myself rather... screwed. Are there any hacks to get out of this?

Just wanted to add to this old thread. April 2025 and I fell victim to the exact same bug (by doing the same: mashing past the ending scene). So three years later, and the bug still wasn't fixed. Oh and bonus misery/purgatory: if you jump towards the upper right of UFE, you can go out of bounds and get stuck falling forever in space (see screenshot).
