It would seem that the view distance setting is broken as it doesn't change anything nor does fps change when set from low to epic

Just open console and admin and play a map spamming 3 time and you have a black screen and you can play have fun.

once in press enter pick side usually it picks it for you then top right click section choose your group then on the map to the left you click on the yellow dot and at the bottom of your screen it says deploy
