In Endgame, What's Left? [SPOILERS]

So I feel like I've reached the end, but some posts here say that it's not over until the credits have rolled, and they haven't for me. So here's where I'm at...

I'm in the present day and have completed all four of the archive projects, as well as the two cases from Samantha. Specifically, I found and reported the files on the hidden island in the freelands, and the chitchat pictures on leakypipes.

After reporting those, I got an email from Samantha along the lines of "we got him", and then a pseudo confession email from Dylan containing Outlaw v.1.0. I played Outlaw, captured 6 cars, and downloaded and read the associated apology files ("You could have grown up to be someone your mother was proud of" -- ouch!). But after that -- nothing. No more emails or anything. It certainly feels like the end though.

There are a few loose ends I haven't explored that I've seen some people here mention; not sure if they're important:

• Some people have mentioned coordinates, presumably related to the guy who wants to fund a submarine trip, but I don't have any case/archive objective associated with that.
  
• I've also heard about medical scans, but I don't know where those could be. But I've already gotten Dylan to confess anyway.
  
• I have heard about a secret area in the freelands, but I don't know if that refers to more than just r3v3lation's island, the screen for the flip-flop guy, and the screen for the Axxelerator trials.

Does there seem to be something I missed? Gentle hints about where to go next if so would be appreciated. So far I've been loving this game! Thanks!
