Hypii voice using Microsoft Anna voice profile
I prefer the Hypii voice shown in the trailer, but in game there is only Microsoft Anna for voice synthesis. Any way to get the voice shown in the trailer?

Anna should definitely not be the only option - go to the Hypno BIOS (hold B at startup or hit the BIOS button on the desktop) and you should be able to change it.

Hey Floatybones! The game is using whichever Microsoft voice you have set on your computer. So if you'd like to use a different voice, you can either set it on your PC, or as Aerothorn says, you can boot the BIOS up at the start of the game, and specifically change it in there

Using the "Experimental Option" in the voice settings didn't seem to do anything. What is it supposed to do?

I'm guessing you're on a 64-bit system, if so, you're basically stuck with Anna, as Microsoft couldn't be bothered to implement any more.
If you're on Windows 7, this helped me add more voices (though not sure where to get male voices/etc.)

The bit with registry editing and the link to the voices for Speech Server 11 or etc. is what's important there.

Edit: Forgot to add - I'm on 64-bit Win7.

Oh. I have OP's same problem. I'm stuck using the default male HYPII, and the BIOS settings oddly won't change after exiting BIOS. So it's a 64-bit problem?

Under experimental voices, I've got access to David, Zira, and Haruka. Haruka's there because I have the Japanese language setup. It's weird because I definitely have more voices under Text to Speech settings such as Mark and Ayumi that didn't get added to the experimental list. This is with a 64-bit OS, too.

The bios setting for the voices often doesn't save on exit for some reason. I had to turn on the feature and change the voice several times before it actually saved the change.

Click Boot and uit will save, not exit

It took me probably more than 3 hours to find a working link
