EDIT:
Seems like I was completely on the wrong track, I didn't even have to touch m1nx for that quest. I was simply REPORTING THE WRONG LAW! I was reporting Law 4, because I saw it mention illegal materials.... when I should have been reporting Law 1 for Copyright Infringement.
I feel like an idiot.
Also, damn, I didn't expect doing that mission would Cause the next timeskip/chapter, I thought I would get some kind of "are you sure?" warning like the Outlaw Alpha, in fact, I thought the Outlaw games were going to serve as a "point of no return" node at the end of a chapter. I am kinda disappointed now that I never got to try the Outlaw Beta, since after the timeskip it's at the Press Final version now. Did I miss out on anything by doing that?
