How to save a game?

I have to keep starting from beginning?? How to save game please?

Hi,

The game automatically saves at the end of every turn. Also when you complete a mission in the campaign, it opens up the next level in the campaign. Finishing levels in the campaign opens up more quick battles.

Can you tell me if you play a campaign battle and then click return to camp at the end of the level, does the game not open up the next level in the campaign menu?

I opened the game and instead seem to start me back to very beginning vs. continue on... later I realized one has to perform the extra step of selecting the correct marker to start back at that level, just an extra step was not used to performing. Overall I think the game is fun for when you want to kill some time, the characters have good variation. I likely need to start over on more difficult settings, but still interesting.
