For starters, I think when you start this game the world and the story seem intriguing and make you want to beat it and try new characters as well as try the harder difficulties. That being said... 20+ hours in, 5-6 runs later and the feeling is completely destroyed, as I have not beat it once. I am all for hard games, but something about having a good run get completely destroyed by 1 bad set of enemies or getting a run where you get no good items for the party composition you are going for, is not enjoyable. I wouldn't mind the RNG, if there were more consistent ways to build good characters each run OR no attack RNG and let their be randomness with the loot you find. Unfortunately, you get to a point with this game, where its just no longer fun trying to beat it... because you are relying on luck for it to happen. If you can stomach this.. Have fun :)

I think the game is fun and enjoyable, but I cannot tolerate the amount of praying I must do to RNGesus and hope it will not let me whiff a 91% perfect attack for the 3rd time without using a focus.
Maybe I'm just too unlucky for the game. :v(

This game forces you to do things. Example: you cannot spend time doing what you like because the developer has decided you can only stay for 3-4 days. If you fail to comply, insane debuffs will apply to your team which will end up costing you the game.
And this applies to everything really. There is a vast world you dont want to explore because you nervously try to finish the quest as fast as you can or you are doomed.
Also,my computer has a bigger issue running this game than games of 2024.
