side quest: stay alive/MMA tournament
I try to search everywhere but no indication
stay alive : where is it ?
MMA : Wherre on the second island? I have no indication as the 1st MMA tournament

so stayin' alive can be activated as soon as you enter the hospital cart (white cart with green cross), just press E and start the mini game.
second MMA event gets triggered as soon as you finish the first mma event again, at least this triggered the npc to offer me the second event on the second island.

Oh yes ! I never tried the hospital cart

It was when I started the MMA tournament again that the guy told me about the 2nd island, I didn't look at the map afterwards because I left
