Experimental support for a 3D overlay from stereo camera.
To use:
-Select stereo camera and video mode from camera tab.
-On Overlay tab check 3D (side by side input)
-Go to the Image tab and transform the Left and Right image for best alignment.
Notes:
This is very early support. Stereoscopic video depends on the two images being perfectly aligned. The current alignment tools are very rudimentary and may not be enough to get good effect from your cameras. Proper stereo rectification is being investigated for future versions.
Alignment is for fine tuning between left and right images only. Use the overlay tab to set the position and size of the entire view.
Valve Index cameras have shown good performance and latency however can be difficult to align due to large IPD.
