Menu pop out, game auto-pause even with controller put on ground

When playing RUSH sometimes the game auto-pause itself and the menu jump out every 5-10 secs, I put the controller on the ground so I won't click any button, the game will still pause itself automatically after fly for a few seconds with head Control. Any clue on how to stop that?
