How many endings?

That's it, the third was depending on if you counted having Kauboi's Revolver and not shooting Henrique.

so then why did you say there was 3 endings

Presumably there's a difference between having Kauboi's revolver and not shooting versus not having the revolver, with both resulting in Catalyst but being slightly different (Kauboi not showing up). I haven't tried it though.

Henrique's dialog is slightly different - instead of begging for his life, he just thanks you for being a catalyst and tells you that there was nothing you could have done anyway.
