Where are the batteries?

I started a new game. In the last version I got plenty of batteries, however in this version I can find none. I'm running out of power. There does not seem to be a recipe either so I can'g build one. Any suggestions? I need the batteries to build the rover as the Zirconium Circuit Boards require them.

I usually go into Beta Mine and grab the Rifles, ammo and computer screens. You can do a run there every day. Then get the yellow fuel cells from the other mines (Zeta, Alpha, Gamma or Epsilon). I usually do Beta every day and one of the others about every 3rd day or so.

Batteries can be made in the 'Chemical station' they require power cells made in the forge
