Tier 1 Key

Hi All, just wondering, is there a different way to get the tier 1 (blue) key card? I have lost the one you get from fixing the buggy early in the game.

maybe in the mines. but not 100% sure. i have gotten 2 green keys and 2 red keys..but not sure if blue key would spawn. last option would be to spawn it in yourself by typing in its spawn code

Now I just need to find the blueprints for the Fabricator and Printer.

The fabricator comes after you complete the "Satellite Antenna" or whatever the game calls it that is beside Alpha Mine Entrance A .. it is really a large radar dish. You get the fabricator when you go back and visit that device and input the password.

The printer, it seems, comes from one of the lockers in the Pheonix Base. If you cannot get those from your playthrough because you are past those events, you can probably also spawn that device as well in the console:

fabricator: The wiki does not list the actual data disk for the fabricator .. and I can't see it as I already built the device, maybe someone else can provide it.


I assume story mode as you have the printer and fabricator available in challenge mode.

Ah, thats where you got it from. Lost the key, when the buggy got smashed by worm. Keycard was in storage, and all storages was lost when it got destroyed :-(
Dont want go hunting for cheats, so can you share only the cheat for spawning the tier-1 key pls?

I am not sure tbh, I only play the experimental branch but you enter the console by pressing the / key

Yes .. right now the console is in experimental branch only .. it should be in the main branch once they move this patch set over.

It is needed to complete the quest "Activate Comms Relay" in Alpha Mine.

Look for the red key in the mines near the large sat dish, then use that key to enter the barracks in Phoenix base. You have to repair the locker IIRC.
