New power distribution system
Quick opinion / feedback. Can't say I'm a huge fan of the power distribution system. It adds a layer of micromanagement that I am not fond of. It feels like it's headed too much in the direction of Satisfactory or No Man's Sky with the overly-detailed power distribution setup. Yes, the previous system with wireless solar panels *may* be a little too woolly, but between the idea of having to set up power distribution nodes and the self-managed system of before, I preferred the previous method.

I just played with this system in creative and it's clunky A.F.

I do not know what it was before, but it couldn't be worse than present.

This new system isn't a bad idea, for me. However, it needs some fixing. I tried it in Creative mode. Even though I had power, the airlock doors would not open and close properly. Also, you can only attach 4 large solar panels at a time, even though there appears in the setup to have room for 8. Adding a second distributor, did not help as only 4 could be attached in total over the two distributors. So not ready for Early access yet.

I also tried this in creative and found the same thing. I don't know how that made it to the test branch even.

More to the point it needs iron ingots and titanum ingots and plutionium ingots. How do you get these i figured metalulugry in the forge would melt the original metals into ingots but no go, so i have to choose between powring the barracks or the dome

They were only recently added back into the recipe list via spawn item codes. They're from an older version of the game where those kinds of ingots were a thing, but that was long ago in a Proteus map far, far away...

So you have to spawn in the ore. You can't make them.
