Only mod i was looking for was to increase portrait variety, not because they're mostly ugly but you don't have many either for other races like gnomes, hobbits, elfs or half-orcs, even if it's just aestetics.

Not really. There are some hacks to data files, but I don't think anything touches graphics or behaviour.
