Lol, I have been. Built a number of them. Mainly from the '80's like the Spruance class. But mostly utilizing parts that are not appropriate to them. Takes something away doesn't it. Not only are the radars missing, but no motor whale boat, no captains gig. Certainly no single arm davit. So I made one, cobbled together.
Multiplayer is dead last few times I checked. While I understand you are alone in development, maybe you should open it to some outside help. There are probably guys that would be more than willing to work for recognition to push this game out of the dead slow lane. Waiting a year for an update that didnt include anything I was hoping for is just losing you customers and me interest. I'm not trying to discourage you, I WANT you to continue working. You have a decent idea going here. Just sayin'.
