Custom airplanes: are there plans for them?

Hello, is there any indication of the possibility of designing custom planes in future updates? Or are there only plans revolving around the historical and current planes of naval powers like the USA, Great Britain, and the like? I ask out of curiosity.

Mod support for airplanes will be added in the game after airplane functions have been stabilized, in other words, it will be implemented into the game about 1 month later after the official 1.0 version release

Oh, I see. What I refered to was a in-game plane creator, but modding is fine, especially if it's fairly simple to achieve for non-experts on the matter such as myself.
