Go West not working

So I just started the game and earned my first Go West card thing. I clicked on the Map, click Go West, clicked the blue button (it moves so I know I'm clicking it). The Go West closes and nothing happens.

Also, if you resize the window, the cursor location doesn't match where you actually click (if I place my cursor on the Map button and click, it registers that I clicked the patent button).

About the second issue, it has to do with the size of the game's window! Do you play on full screen?

The cursor issue doesn't seem to be a thing anymore. I have not linked my account. I just ran into the issue again (I have managed to go west once). Now that it's happening, I tried to see if registering an account might help but it does the same thing as going west where it's not recognizing the click or the button.

I've been attempting to play this game for weeks now. The entire time, I have not been able to claim the daily log in bonus, go west, play the event, buy anything, or even submit a issue from the in game option. I've tried uninstalling and resetting several times. Is there any way to get something done where I can actually play this game, please?
