stuck on ps 4 cant get out of save room

can someone help me and tell me how to get out of the secret room on chapter 2?
first i couldnt get in, i was trying for ten minutes trying to find out how to get into that room, then suddenly it just opened. and i walked in and took the chip or whatever,and now i cant get out of the room.
how do i do it? i press inventory but the door wont open, is there a special button to press?
i know this is steam but

You have to exchange the chip for a reward on the terminal, then it'll let you out of the room.

I have this same issue. I already turned in the chip saved the game and exited it. Only to load it up the next day and the door is stuck closed now.

Only "fix" I had was to reload the last autosave which thankfully only took me about 20 minutes to get back to where I was.

Hi All. I have a same problem. I got stuck in a secret room with a dead body. I took the chip from a dead body, saved the game but now I can’t get out of this room. Please can someone help me to resolve this issue with bug? I don’t want to waste another 1 hour from last auto save. Maybe there are easy ways ?
