I already solved the puzzle, after looking at the mental map. That and dumb luck. I am confused, is the fort plaque wheel, supposed to be wrong?

Like when you rotate the picture, the words doesn't match up?

I am also having this issue where the fort vermillion plaque is stating the wrong thing, I also keep crashing during the puzzle, it's getting very frustrating.

Having this same issue and its preventing me from progressing in the game

It should work starting the run again from the last saving point

That was a problem for me when it was released but it works fine in Modern Take mode.
