Heredity help!
Can't seem to find a creature with int as their highest stat and attack as their lowest stat. So there's no way to know before priming them if they're going to give +int and -attack.
Almost all the creatures I've found that are close seem to have both int and speed or defence as their highest and attack as the lowest. Is there any way to tell whether int or speed/defence will be the +1 heredity? Or is it random?

I know for sure that heredity is given based of the highest and lowest stat of a creature. (not sure how health fits in since it's pretty much always the highest stat...)

I also know that creatures gain 30% of their base stats every level up. So if they had 10 int, they'd get 3 int per level. So creatures with no heredity that have a highest stat and lowest stat will always give heredity of + that highest stat and - that lowest stat.

Also, no-one seems to know what it actually takes to prime a creature. Is it battles or kills? How many battles? How many kills?
Does the dark-heart auto win count? (for this one I've found a 'probably not')

Ideally if anyone has a creature for every heredity combination then we could get a list going, making it really easy to max your creatures' heredities.

Sorcery creatures in general will favor int over attack in most instances. I'd focus on collecting sorcery creatures if you want something high in int and lower in attack. You should find a few.

Nah, didn't find a single sorcery creature with high int and low attack. I think you'd be surprised. Quite a lot of sorcery creatures actually have relatively high attack.

I did find one that fits the bill though. The Lich Priest. It has 23 int as it's highest stat and 11 attack.
It's speed is 22, defence 14 and health 18. So it should definitely come out as +int and -att.

Ophans have 21 Intelligence and 1 attack, universally. They're your best bet.

I tell you honestly that by the time people are seriously looking at heredities to max out their teams, it's usually faster to max out your loot settings and farm for eggs with high initial heredities matching what you want than it is to grind them up manually. It's a crapshoot, but also requires no specific effort in and of itself. It just happens along the way.

No, Heart of Darkness doesn't work for priming monsters. I don't know any other specifics about priming because I skipped that mechanic, TBH.

Nah, Orphans have 4 possible + heredities. So you'd end up with a mix of -attack and +int, +def, +spd or +health.

The Lich priest literally can only give +int and -attack, so it's a much better option.

Dammit. Apparently health does work differently and Lich priests have +int -health despite having less attack than health.
Lich hellcasters however seem to actually have +int -attack. At least, the one I primed with the priests did.

Tainted imlings were another possibility but this one has ended up with +speed and -attack. Not bad for some of my creatures but not what I was looking for.

Did a bit more testing since my lich priest fell through and lich hellraisers are awkward to get a number of.

Orphan was a good shout. Not sure how the game decides which high stat to pick over the other but it seems to pick intelligence more often than not, so the orphan I primed did have +int -atk.

Forest priest and Ancient Grimoire also have +int and -atk.

Can also confirm that heredity affects future heredity gain. So for example a lich priest that would have +int -health, if it already has +4 int and -4 attack it will give another +1 int and -1 attack when primed.
