Illegal screens
Is anybody else suddenly having a problem with illegal screens being called against them? It's been since the last update. I pay attention, and know how to play the game. I'm a fundamental thinker, and I rarely make mistakes. I'm good at spacing the floor, and making sure my feet are planted, when setting a pick. I'm well aware of the defense, but still get called. It's frustrating, because I know how to play the game of basketball. I can deal with most of the little stuff, because you can't honestly have hundreds of movements in a game w/o issues. Nonetheless, why does an update cause issues, instead of fixing them?

They returned old game mechanic, that you shouldn't move when making screen. It'll be a foul even if you slightly press any direction when near opponent.

I would say I don't, but 2k's movements can be very sensitive, to say the least.

don't move while doing a screen. That's how it should be. I've seen a lot of people getting that call, and me as a center i never get it. The problem is yours.

Read my comment, again. I know how to play. That's a call I rarely get. When I do get it, it's my fault. But I can't set a single pick, without being still for 3 seconds. There's a problem. Maybe it's my game, maybe it's 2K. Either way, it's not an error, not on my part.

It happens in myteam too even the guys with hof brick wall. Not sure if bot moves when sets a screen. I think u are gonna get the call either way.

Yeah, for now, I learned to back off, and let my teammate set the pick.

The animations, and movements, are wonky, at times. I think the thumb pads have dead spots, which is natural. I mean, I remember playing Atari. It seems this company has not progressed beyond that point. After all, these controllers can only do so much. The rest lies within the coding.

There is a problem with the character collision mechanic.

Just another thing that is mostly out of our control. Now we get to watch the other team set moving screens with no call while we get called for illegal screens just because the game decided that even though I been standing here a solid 3 seconds that I'm still going to get an uncontrollable animation that causes me to shuffle my feet. The increased illegal screen calls could be a good thing in theory but too many things are based on animations that we not even trying to activate more than half the time.

Yeah, same here. Until this BS started, I never had a call against me.

These animations that get triggered are usually in groups. It could be any one of several, in some cases.
