error 2fd7b735 and then 4b538e50

Hi! I have been dealing with an issue in NBA2K19 for the past week and half that I can't seem to resolve no matter what I try. In general, I have not been able to connect to 2K servers at all. When I open the game, I get error 2fd7b735 and realize that I am not connected after the game loads. I choose the connect option in the menu and after a couple of seconds I get error code 4b538e50. I have watched all error codes videos on youtube and tried everything they suggest but nothing. I even contacted 2k but all they did was send me a link to their website on how to get rid of error code 4b538e50 but it is all bogus. I have no idea what is wrong and I am turning to the steam community to hopefully find an answer. Can anybody help? have y'all ran into the same issue?

Apparently, the second code is to do with not having the latest update. Here is a method from the 0% update thread...

try to find this "local" folder and remove "SYNC.BIN" file in this folder.

Note: "57048227" can be different. "841370" is NBA 2K19 folder code

As for the other code, it seems that you're not connecting to the servers. If your internet is okay, are you sure your 2K account and so on is active?

I have the same problem since this morning no update to be done it seems and when I enter the error codes on the nba2k status page I get : Error code already submitted.
I tired to remove SYNC.BIN nothing changed.
Also connected to my 2k account on nba2k site with no problem.
I disconnected my VPN to connect still no effect.

Having the same problem. Apparently there is problem in 2k's side, but being an old version of the game noone cares to fix
