Dark Neighborhood
Can someone please help me? My neighborhood is half black... It really looks like there is shade everywhere....

I did updated my graphics drivers , lowered my video settings, still nothing happens, most of the buildings are still too dark!

Just verify your game files and restart pc, at least worked for me
