2K Support is the Worst!
I thought they were improving but boy was I wrong. MyCareer save files were deleted (and not by me!), sent a ticket in 2 days ago, only got the automated response and that it. WORST GAMING TECH SUPPORT EVER!!!

Have you replied to the response yet? There are a lot of threads about MyCareer files getting deleted, so I wouldn't be surprised if they have a template response to it in order to get the information they need to restore it.

Oh yea! A few times. Gave them everything they asked. All the info, details and the video. No response. Nothing.

Responses can take a week or two depending on the volume of tickets they have.

I've lost profiles, and it took support a little over a week. Everything won't be the same, if your experience is like mine was. I got the same build, but reset back to where just before playing my first NBA game. I can't complain, because they did me right.

Yea, I expect that. Same thing happened to me last year in 2K18, my save files magically got deleted just like this year. They were there one day and not there the next. But I got the same build, same stats but reset the MyCareer play through. I am fine with that. Last year it took hours, not days for them to fix it.

A week or two? What kind of support is that? They don't have enough support people or is the game that messed up that their support is that busy? Either way...that's not good! It's an unacceptable time frame especially when it is not the players fault.

So I have to wait 1-2 weeks for deleting my account and start over new build? I only want to reset my stats but I have no other choice than creating a new account. Why is it so hard to fix a reset stats button or something? If they want to create a toxic environment then they should make it possible to reset stats.

I love this game. I love playing video game basketball. But there is just so many things wrong with how 2K handles parts of the game. Support is a big one. I have looked passed all the flaws and cheating going on. I have looked passed all the handcuffing problems (random automatic distribution of attribute points?!?!) pretty much taking the game out of our hands. But when you mess with my REAL money and then don't respond to fixing said problem and/or taking a LOOOONG time to take care of it, now you are just spitting in our faces. It is unacceptable and just terrible business practice. With all the money players dump into this game the least 2K can do is give us FAST responding tech support. They can't even do that. Pathetic.

I totally agree with you burnout. So I got this automated message 2 days after I sent my ticket:

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue with one of our games. Currently, we are experiencing a high volume of tickets, which means reply times may be longer than initially expected.
Please don’t worry! We’ll get to your ticket as soon as possible. Try not to open any duplicate tickets for your issue, as this only lengthens the time it’ll take for us to respond to your tickets.

I don't have any issue with the game, I only have issue with the toxic communicuty xD. This is totally unacceptable to wait for weeks to just delete my account. Pleaese, replace the development team or maybe the whole team!!!

Its almost June. The game has been out since September. They still have a high volume of tickets 8 months after release?!?! Especially for a game that releases annually! What a complete joke! This is the longest I have ever waited (4 days and counting), cause 2K support is usually quick with responses and/or fixes in my experience with them. NBA 2K20 will be announced next month and they are still having issues with 2K19? There is so much accountability on their part and they could care less about it and their players.

I am glad to see that I am no longer the only one who finds 2K support worthless, due to the stupid automated email responses.

When I got them responses in my email....My reaction was like....

"What the hell is this crap?...You got to be kidding me" (Laughing)

Really? Automated responses is a way to reply to customer's issues?

Seriously, what a way to provide customers service.......NOT!!

Sorry, but the last I checked, most normal people with at least some common sense, would have a better way of resolving a customers' issue, rather than letting customers get some stupid automated email response like out of nowhere.

We paid good money for this game, so as customers....we deserve good and fair customer service.

It don't have to be perfect, but anything would be better that some stupid automated email response. Are you kidding me?

Where is good customer service when there is a need for it?

From what I know of.....I don't believe that is asking too much.

I am not crying. I am just fed up and upset...which is a huge difference from someone crying that the game sucks. I post about it because if no one complains nothing will get done to fix it. Obviously there are too many players like you who just brush it off which won't change 2K's (and other video game developers) corporate ways. Some people fall in line and accept the world as it is, I do not. When there is something that is wrong or taking advantage of customers you damn right I am going to say something. You have the choice to ignore the comment or help. Sadly FungSwae, you did neither.

You can easily get your problem sorted or question answered in like 30 mins. Stop sending tickets. Just wait like 10 mins on the screen where u wrote up your ticket. Then a message sign will pop up bottom right, it’s called live chat. Then you can talk directly too a 2k support worker.
