A week or two? What kind of support is that? They don't have enough support people or is the game that messed up that their support is that busy? Either way...that's not good! It's an unacceptable time frame especially when it is not the players fault.

I don't have any issue with the game, I only have issue with the toxic communicuty xD. This is totally unacceptable to wait for weeks to just delete my account. Pleaese, replace the development team or maybe the whole team!!!

When I got them responses in my email....My reaction was like....
"What the hell is this crap?...You got to be kidding me" (Laughing)
Really? Automated responses is a way to reply to customer's issues?
Seriously, what a way to provide customers service.......NOT!!
Sorry, but the last I checked, most normal people with at least some common sense, would have a better way of resolving a customers' issue, rather than letting customers get some stupid automated email response like out of nowhere.
We paid good money for this game, so as customers....we deserve good and fair customer service.

I am not crying. I am just fed up and upset...which is a huge difference from someone crying that the game sucks. I post about it because if no one complains nothing will get done to fix it. Obviously there are too many players like you who just brush it off which won't change 2K's (and other video game developers) corporate ways. Some people fall in line and accept the world as it is, I do not. When there is something that is wrong or taking advantage of customers you damn right I am going to say something. You have the choice to ignore the comment or help. Sadly FungSwae, you did neither.
