Email Steam Key
Did anyone get an email Steam key?

For some reason I can't redeem it and Xsolla support link is non-existent.

Have you made sure that you've entered the two keys separately?

got the email too. have redeemed both codes and now have 2x ready or not in the library

wait so if we already have the alpha preview or whatever in our library, do we still have to redeem these keys seperately for the full game? or could we give them to a friend or something?

After you enter the new Xsolla keys you have one entry "Ready Or Not" and one "Ready or Not". The newer version isn't downloadable yet.

These keys are for you and you alone. Your previous version in the Steam library is phased-out/obsolete.

The key to the right of the "/" should be entered separately from the key to the left of the "/" :steamhappy: if you have the Supporter Edition + DLC, if not then idk... :cozyspaceengineersa:

Make sure to check your spam folder and search "Xsolla" and it might be there. Mine was sent at 4 am.

I have this same exact problem but I reset my Icloud so the message is completely gone
