By now you can craft a Mallet and should be pretty mobile. The Mallet has a radial menu on all you can craft. Building is very Trial and Error hard to manage sometimes right now.
You can get most stations by making the basics (Tannery, Saw, Stone Forge). Those all lead to new items. Also each tool has the same radial menu so... hammer, and farm tool, and trough, all work with different materials but in the same way. Good luck!
A Rust video on crafting might give you an idea or two. It's pretty much the same.
Most of the time I like tutorials as well, but I rarely get frustrated if they are not in a EA title. I'd much rather have developers work on content and issues first.
As already mentioned you might want to do SP until you get the basics under control.
