I know of 1 player who I was in a community with who has his steam name in Chinese and he uses and pays a subscription for a hacking tool on GTA5, yet he is English and from London.
Lets avoid tarring all with the same brush and focus on the guilty than a whole nation.
You mean chinese hackers, but you don't mean all chinese players, because it's not possible that every chinese player uses hacks. I've seen couple of non-chinese hackers too, so it's about availability of the hacks
OR they want to kill theire own game....
I play on a PVE server aswell for the reason you post. But I went to try my luck on EU PVP #3 and I suggest that you go that server or a populated official pvp server, and see for yourself :) Instead of questioning people that actually played on these servers.
And one should never be indiferent to hackers. One thing is ruined game experience. Another and more serious thing is our private safety, As we all have personal info linked to our steam accounts and our pc's in general. Sadly most developers don't take their responsibilities regarding customers and users internet safety very serious.
Aint calling em any of the racist names, so i dont see the issue.
Dont try to be an sjw, when you dont even know the diffrence between the two.
I even asked a hacker why dont you play on Chinese servers and he told me because everyone hacks and it's not fun. Cheaters dont like going against other cheaters theres no "fun" in it for them.
This a tremendous game breaking issue for many people right now and if it doesnt get addressed soon in one form or another you will start to slowly see players quit till most non private servers are dead or dying.
Even if the Chinese dont directly effect you now they will at some point.
The Chinese hackers have ruined Ark and Atlas, there is no denying that... The only reason they haven't ruined Rust is because most of the population is spread over a few good servers with active admins and good anti-cheat programs.
In China, saving face is everything... They want to win at whatever they do, and with video games, they will hack to win. Most will not want to spend the time it takes to become good at a game when they can just instantly win using the worst hacks... I know it's not all of China, but this attitude, especially in gaming, is so prevalent there, which is why we see so many Chinese hackers across so many different games and types of games.
The same will happen to this game unless proactive and early measures are taken. Honestly pvp is so broken right now hacks are not necessary to grief... you can simply build 100s of cheap staircases everywhere to make things unplayable for those in that area. That being said, once the game is in a more stable state and mandatory server wipes aren't as frequent, the hackers destroying everyone's gameplay is only going to hurt worse.
