Losing inventory on server restarts

I have a Nitrado server for OOTOW and every time someone is caught online during a restart they log back in and have lost all inventory and is someplace random on the map. I am getting no help out of the Nitrado support. They say it's the game, I think it's them. I have rented a Gportal server and tested it. It does fine. You are exactly as you was before the restart. And I play on other servers with no ill effect getting caught in a restart. I know the easy solution is just change to the server I know works, but I have 80 days left on the Nitrado server and everything that has been built there. Just hate to have to start over when there is surely a solution for this problem somewhere. Why would all other servers work but this company's server. I have tried to reinstall the game and when that didn't work I even moved servers. I've seen people having inventory loss issues on Minecraft while using Nitrado servers but I haven't seen anybody post a solution to that problem either.

Do you have restarts on your server set to automatically restart on a regular basis. The server I play on had this issue. Anyone on the server, not even when a restart happened, but at random times, would get kicked off. Spawn in a random location, with nothing. No clothes, inventory, morality set to zero. They made it where the server has to be manually restarted and this issue stopped. If you do have automatic restarts scheduled on your server, you might try turning them off and see if this helps the issue. I know since they turned off automatic restarts no one has been kicked and spawned out in the middle of no where.

I will try turning them off but I tried a manual restart this morning and it did it to me then too. Nitrado is pointing now at a corrupt save file. If I'm guessing right to fix that would mean a fresh install wiping the server. I will turn off all auto restarts and try a manual though.

They didnt have to do a wipe. I mean as far as I know they didnt, because I didnt lose anything I built. Not saying you wont have to. Its just turning off the auto restarts and doing it manually from now on.
